Sam and Tyler met and immediately bonded over their love for the outdoors. Samantha has always loved photography and Tyler grew up in the Boy Scouts. Samantha started photographing their hiking and camping adventures and eventually Tyler asked to learn how to use a camera and join her photography business. While Sam is the lead photographer, Tyler serves as the second photographer. We renamed Samantha's business to Photography With The One You Love since that is how we view our experience and work together! We love working together and capturing photos of individuals and those they care about!

Born in Overland Park, Kansas and raised in Orange County, California, I started my photography journey with a Fisher Price camera and a sippy cup. A few milestones along my path include purchasing my first Nikon shortly after my freshman year of High School, starting my photography business two years later, and finishing my Studio Arts Minor with a concentration in Photography.
Photography With The One You Love has brought me so much joy over the years because I have the honor of capturing special moments for clients who become life-long friends. From traveling with my passion of photography, I have developed a greater appreciation for other cultures and love sharing it with others through my lens.

When I am not behind the camera, you can catch me camping with my husband, trying new gluten free food recipes, gardening in my greenhouse, getting drinks with friends, attempting to visit all of the national parks in the USA, or restoring our victorian farmhouse in Fort Worth.
